Assignment 1: final design
The pink dolphin designs-->

These were inspired by different dolphin pictures online to aid me in capturing the free movements of dolphins. The 2 roughs for this concept are shown below...

And the final design...TaDA!! -->
This finalized design was done through illustrator. I knew nuts about illustrator and after spending hours in school using the computer lab, I was able to discover the gist of tracing. Thanks Jennifer for staying back and helping me out!! I have the soft copy, this picture I post is in Jpeg format and since I do not have the illustrator software, i changed the format through microsoft powerpoint so it is kind of blur...SORRY!
Anyway, this design used items like hula hoop and a ball because I wanted to portray the playfulness of dolphins. I used effects like radial blur and ocean ripple for the water. If i remembered correctly I used texturizer for the dolphins, ball and hula hoop to make the picture look more realistic.
The next hate concept-->
This is also done by illustrator and the colors were chosen for different reasons. Red was supposed to represent blood. I used purple in an attempt to create a sinister effect and green eyes to represent jealousy. ( one reason to justify backstabbing is probably due to jealousy). I used effects such as radial blur for the blood and neon glow for the eyes and the purple lining.

Sentiments:
My first assignments... felt really accomplished when I finished the end product! I knew there was alot more that lies ahead this semester. Hopefully I am able to grasp the skills needed successfully.
